Bridge Camp

Coed Ages 16-19

July 8-11, 2027

Bridge Camp was created by Love Fosters Hope at the request of teens graduating from our Teen Reach Adventure Camps (TRAC) who wanted the next step and additional support—and these teens helped design it! This co-ed camp serves teens in foster care, ages 16–19, a group that often lacks consistent guidance as they transition into adulthood.

At Bridge, campers enjoy many of the adventurous activities they experienced at TRAC while also gaining practical life skills to prepare for a successful future. Through fun, hands-on sessions, teens explore topics such as auto maintenance, cooking, college and technical school options, goal setting, and healthy relationships—all in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Since 2012, Love Fosters Hope has provided Bridge Camp using the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model, which equips caregivers to offer trauma-informed support and guidance for at-risk youth. With a 2:1 camper-to-staff ratio, every teen receives the attention, encouragement, and mentorship they need to build confidence, independence, and hope for their future.
